What if I buy an item and I would like to add another piece of the same kind at a later stage ?
No problem. Simply forward us the model name together with the names of the weave colour and fabric colour (if applicable) and we will arrange to have it sent to your door immediately as you require,pending stock availability.
Can I view a sample before I place an order?
No problem. We will conveniently arrange for a sample of your choice (pending stock availability) to be sent directly from our warehouse to your address via our nominated carriers. All charges for delivery and return of the sample will be for your account. Full payment for the sample is required prior to dispatch and will be refunded within 10 working days upon the return of the sample. Any resultant damages of the sample will be for your account.
Can I purchase the lounge set frame only, excluding the cushions ?
The frames unfortunately cannot be purchased as a stand-alone as our products are priced based on a frame + cushion pricing method. We do however offer you the opportunity to upgrade to your fabric of choice by choosing from our hand-picked selection of high quality outdoor fabric . We can also assist with our in-house upholstery service thereby assuring you of the same original finish on your upgraded cushions.
Can i collect my order from your warehouse ?
You are welcome to collect your order from our distribution centre in Springfield Park, Durban, South Africa. Please notify us at the time of placing your order and our order controller will liaise with you accordingly to confirm a date and time suitable for you in order to meet your expectations.
How do I lodge a claim for a product that is still under warranty ?
Our Aluminium and Synthetic Rattan Products are covered by a 3 Year Warranty and our Wicker and Rattan Products are covered by a 1 Year Warranty. Simply take a clear picture of the damaged area and forward it to us by email. We will then determine if the product can be repaired or not. If the product can be repaired, we will then arrange for either an onsite repair (at no charge) or for the product to be uplifted and brought to our warehouse for repair (at no charge) and subsequent delivery of the product. If the product cannot be repaired, we will then arrange for a replacement unit (at no charge) to be delivered to you as soon as possible. In both of the above instances the transport charges incurred will be for the account of Tru Outdoor Luxury provided that the initial delivery at the time of purchase was expedited by Tru Outdoor Luxury and its nominated carriers. We use a select panel of outdoor furniture specialists to assist us with repairs in areas/suburbs (outlying areas) beyond the main cities and provinces.
I'm currently in the process of building my home and not ready to take delivery of my goods immediately. However I want to take advantage of the current promotional price. Will you store my goods for me and deliver to me once I am ready ?
At Tru Outdoor Luxury we offer a free storage facility to our valued customers for a period of 12 months from date of order confirmation. Payment must be made in full in order to take advantage of this offer.
My dog chewed on my cushion and the weave of my furniture set. Can you assist with the repair of the weave and supply a replacement cushion as well ? The product is still under warranty.
We certainly can assist with both of these repairs. Simply forward us a clear image of the damaged area together with your product model number and colour. We will then be in a position to quote you accordingly for the repairs. Unfortunately acts of God, Misuse, Abuse, Negligence and/or any such related damages are not covered by the warranty.
I have a holiday home in Mauritius and I would like to furnish my patio with quality outdoor furniture from Tru Outdoor Luxury. Are you able to deliver to my home in Mauritius ?
We frequently deliver to Mauritius, Angola, Kenya, Namibia and Ghana irrespective of the value of the order. As a further value added service we can also assist you with coordinating and loading a full container load on your behalf with other items that you have purchased in South Africa such as your beds, TV's, kitchen appliances, air-conditioners, etc. Many of our international buyers usually source and purchase their entire household goods in South Africa which is then delivered to our warehouse in Durban, South Africa. Once we are in possession of all their goods we then facilitate the entire container loading process for them in their absence. This value added service is only offered to customers of Tru Outdoor Luxury.
